All credit purchases are non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
1. No Refund Policy
ALEVOR operates on a strict NO REFUND policy. Once credits are purchased, they are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Unused credits
- Partially used credits
- Account closure or cancellation (voluntary or involuntary)
- Dissatisfaction with the service
- Change of mind
- Technical issues on the user's end
- Failure to use credits
- Service downtime or maintenance
- Any other reason whatsoever
2. Credit System
ALEVOR uses a pay-per-use credit system:
- Credits are purchased in advance
- Credits are deducted as you use AI agent services
- Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts
- Credits cannot be converted back to cash under any circumstances
- No partial or full refunds will ever be issued
3. Account Closure
If you choose to close your account or if your account is terminated for any reason:
- All remaining credits will be permanently forfeited
- No refund, credit, or compensation will be issued
- This applies regardless of the credit balance amount
- This applies whether closure is voluntary or due to Terms violation
4. Terms of Service Violations
If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service:
- All credits are immediately and permanently forfeited
- No compensation of any kind will be provided
5. No Exceptions
This no-refund policy applies to:
- All users regardless of account type
- All credit packages regardless of size
- All circumstances without exception
- Solo users and team accounts equally
6. Billing Errors
In the rare case of a verified billing error (such as duplicate charges caused by our system):
- We will investigate within 5 business days
- If confirmed as our error, we will add equivalent credits to your account
- No cash refunds will be issued even for billing errors
- Contact support@alevor.website with proof
7. Free Trial Credits
Any promotional or free trial credits:
- Are provided at our sole discretion
- Have absolutely no cash value
- Cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred
- May be revoked at any time
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank/payment provider will result in:
- Immediate and permanent account termination
- Forfeiture of all credits and data
- Being banned from future use of ALEVOR
- Potential legal action to recover costs and damages

We strongly encourage you to start with our free trial credits to test our services before committing to any purchase. By making a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to this No Refund Policy.
9. Acknowledgment
By purchasing credits on ALEVOR, you:
- Acknowledge that all sales are final
- Waive any right to request a refund
- Accept full responsibility for your purchase decision
- Agree that this policy is fair and reasonable
