To use the Service, you must:

Create an account with accurate information
Maintain the security of your account credentials

Not share your account with others

4. Payment Terms

ALEVOR operates on a pay-per-use credit system:

Users purchase credits which are deducted per action
Credits do not expire while your account remains active
All prices are listed in USD
Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized reseller
Team accounts may receive volume discounts

5. Refunds

ALEVOR offers refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy:

14-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases
Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase
Refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Send spam or unsolicited messages
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Impersonate others or provide false information
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes

7. Human-in-Loop Policy

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by ALEVOR. You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to the Service.

9. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models.

10. Limitation of Liability

ALEVOR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALEVOR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

You may request a refund of unused credits per our Refund Policy
Your data will be available for export for 30 days
After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
