AI agents for lead finding, research, and scoring
Automated personalized email and message generation
Meeting scheduling and calendar integration
Meeting recording, transcription, and analysis
Proposal generation and sales coaching

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

Create an account with accurate information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be at least 18 years old
Not share your account with others

4. Payment Terms

ALEVOR operates on a pay-per-use credit system:

Users purchase credits which are deducted per action
Credits do not expire
All prices are listed in USD
Payments are processed securely through Paddle
Team accounts may receive volume discounts

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Send spam or unsolicited messages
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Impersonate others or provide false information
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes
Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

6. Human-in-Loop Policy

ALEVOR requires human approval before any outreach is sent. You are responsible for:

Reviewing all AI-generated content before sending
Ensuring compliance with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
Maintaining appropriate opt-out mechanisms

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by ALEVOR. You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to the Service.

8. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models.

9. Limitation of Liability

ALEVOR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, unused credits may be refunded at our discretion per our Refund Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
